Gifting
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. We offer complimentary gift boxes and gift wrapping year round for all of life’s important moments. Please indicate that your order is a gift during checkout and we are more than happy to gift wrap your items. All gift purchases come with the ability to include a gift message for your recipient if you plan to ship your order directly to the recipient. You can add your message for your gift recipient during checkout. If you purchase a card along with your gift, we will include your personalized message in your card on your behalf. Otherwise, your personalized message will come in a standard size card and envelope with our logo.
Can I purchase a gift card?
Yes. We have gift cards in multiple increments for your gifting needs. When you purchase a gift card, you have the option of the recipient receiving the gift card at the time of purchase or they can receive the gift card on a date of your choice. Shipping
What are your shipping terms?
Once your order is placed with Fiona Tree Home, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to track your order. All orders ship within 2 business days of placing your order, excluding major holidays. Orders take 3-5 business days in transit. We currently ship with UPS through UPS Ground, UPS Next Day and UPS Air. We currently ship throughout the United States and can ship to a different shipping address than your billing address. We do not ship to PO Boxes. We are not responsible for orders that are lost in transit. Please refer to the shipping carrier and the tracking number given in your original order confirmation email to track your order. Please notify customer service at inquiry@fionatreehome.com within 5 days of your order being lost so we can assist you with your claim.

Returns/Exchanges
What is your return/exchange policy?
At Fiona Tree Home, we stand by the artists and vendors we work with. We pride ourselves on customer service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order and hope to exceed your expectations. When you receive your order, please take a look at the item/s you ordered carefully. Note that handmade, natural/raw and vintage items are what they are. No two items will necessarily be alike. Handcrafted items may come with minor imperfections. This is what makes them special and rare. It shows their true nature and adds value and authenticity. These are not flaws. However, if something arrives broken or completely damaged, that is a different story. Please email customer service at inquiry@fionatreehome.com for an RA within 10 days of receiving your order. We will respond within 24-48 hours, not including major holidays. All orders must be unused, resealable (unless damaged or broken upon arrival) in their original packaging and shipped back to the address that will be provided to you. We will either issue you a refund or an exchange. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to Fiona Tree Home. Damaged or broken items are not required to be sent back to us.

Custom orders
Live greenery- succulent arrangements, garlands, wreaths
Skincare/hair products- skin brushes, toothbrushes, washcloths, sponges, lip balms, face mist, lotions/balms/oils, fragrances, hair accessories, eye masks, bandages

Transparency
Are you completely eco-friendly?
At this time, Fiona Tree Home is not 100% eco friendly. While the majority of our products are eco-friendly, not all of them are. All of our products include their materials on their product pages. Some of our products come pre-packaged in plastic packaging for sanitary purposes. These items include paper napkins. We currently offer a small selection of gift wrapping materials that are not eco-friendly, including satin ribbon. We are in the process of utilizing the remaining inventory of our shipping and gifting materials that are not sustainable items. We rather make use of them as opposed wasting them while we are introducing our new compostable products. Keep checking back here as we are updating our materials in order to be more eco conscious. If you prefer to ONLY have your order packed, wrapped and shipped in sustainable materials until our packing materials are fully eco-friendly, please send us a message in the message section during checkout and we will accommodate your request.
